Located in prime District 9, The Avenir is not only a luxury home but a rare one, thanks to its freehold status. In designing the brochure, we wanted it to clearly exude a sense of exclusivity befitting the property.
To create intrigue and heighten anticipation, the cover features a stepped motif: like a secret doorway known only to the few, it opens up in tiers to reveal the lush setting within.
Every detail was carefully considered, from the choice of colours that reflect the architecture and landscaping, to the premium print finishes such as copper foil for the logo and headlines as well as textural embossing.
Eschewing excess and ostentation for elegant simplicity, we designed the logo as a sophisticated wordmark. The letter “A” was modified so that the negative space forms a subtle upward arrow, representing The Avenir as the pinnacle of elevated living.
The same refined and minimalist design language was used for the website, complemented by sleek animations that play up the unique offerings of the property.
