Memories of the Norovirus

During our 2019 trip to Japan, an oyster binge gave rise to the Norovirus nightmare, which ended with more than 80% of us spending a night at the frigid hospital in Kurashiki.
Those oysters were really great though!

Auntie Yip’s Super Gao Kopi

Guests and newcomers, be forewarned. Auntie’s potent brew is not for the faint of heart or stomach. But it sure has helped us power through even the longest of days.
Her kopis are even made the old-school way with a sock no less!

Laziji That’s More La Than Ji

Tedious as it may be to find the chicken pieces buried in the mountain of chilli peppers, it’s still a hot favourite from the Chinese restaurant next door.

Photo for reference only. Actual dish comes with waaaay more chillis.

Chasing / Getting Chased By Rats and Roaches

Just one of the many perks of having an office in a cosy shophouse, right next to a plethora of food establishments.
We’ve got the pestbusters on speed dial.

Booze o’Clock

Nothing like a good pint of cider to round up the day. Every so often, we’re even treated to some lip-smacking sangria lovingly made by our talented in-house mixologist.
We know, pretty fancy right?
(Just in case you were still wondering, we’re really an independent design and advertising agency based in Singapore. Not a bakery.)
