Our advertising campaign leveraged on this, strategically crafting the imagery and messaging to appeal to the hipster crowd who frequent Tiong Bahru, our potential buyers.

From location and facilities to surrounding conveniences, many factors contribute to making a home desirable. Based on the idea of “recipe for the good life”, we presented Highline Residences as the one home that has all the right ‘ingredients’.
Rather than a conventional property brochure, we wanted our brochure to exude the same cool vibe as the main film. Styled to read like a lifestyle magazine, the contents were presented in an engaging editorial manner.
Designed as a companion to the brochure, this broadsheet was also strategically placed at cafes and boutiques around the estate. It made for a leisurely read about the uniqueness of Tiong Bahru, inextricably linking our property with this wonderful neighbourhood.
As one of the most charming neighbourhoods in Singapore, Tiong Bahru has so much to offer its residents. To do justice to the hood, we developed a series of filmlets that lovingly showcases its myriad facets: from its historic architecture, its foods, its crafts, to its colourful inhabitants.
To fully capture the languid pace of life at Tiong Bahru, we also created this lush arty film devoid of any hard sell, save for the sign-off. This was played at the sales gallery, helping to set the mood.
