The Maki-san Monster Maki Showdown

To celebrate Maki-san’s first year, we came up with a campaign inspired by a very Japanese thing — monsters a la Ultraman. We created two monster makis stuffed with no less than 10 ingredients, and got customers to vote for which stays on the menu. The rise or fall of the monsters were depicted in our online manga with new chapters drawn every day according to the votes.
